Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

    Remove the battery tray. (3) Battery Tray Replacement

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Clip Bolt (3) @ Blower Case Assembly - Remove

  4. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Remove
  5. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (4) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Remove
  6. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (2) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove

  8. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
  9. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (1) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 
  10. Remove the air conditioning evaporator tube (2) from the vehicle.
