Removal Procedure

- Intake Manifold - Remove - Intake Manifold Replacement
Engine Wiring Harness Ground Bolt(1) - Remove[2x]
- Engine Wiring Harness(2) - Reposition away
Exhaust Manifold and Turbocharger Assembly(2) - Remove - Exhaust Manifold Replacement (LWN)
- Camshaft - Remove - Camshaft Replacement
- Glow Plug - Remove - Glow Plug Replacement
Cylinder Head Bolt(1) - Remove and DISCARD[10x]
Cylinder Head(1) - Remove
- Cylinder Head Gasket(2) - Remove and DISCARD
- Cylinder Head(1) - Clean and inspect - Cylinder Head Cleaning and Inspection
Ensure the cylinder head alignment pins (1) remain in the engine block.
- If replacing the cylinder head, transfer all parts as necessary. Cylinder Head Disassemble
