Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installation

EN-50718 Crankshaft Front Seal Installer

Equivalent regional tools: Special Tools

Prepare the NEW crankshaft front oil seal for installation.
1. Push the plastic installation sleeve out of the center of the crankshaft front oil seal.
2. Flip the plastic installation sleeve 180 degrees.
3. Re-insert the plastic installation sleeve into the center of the crankshaft front oil seal.

Install the EN-42183 Seal Driver Handle (1) to the EN-50718 Front Crankshaft Seal Installer (2).
Install the crankshaft front oil seal (3) to the EN-50718 Front Crankshaft Seal Installer.
Using the EN-50718 Front Crankshaft Seal Installer, carefully install the crankshaft front oil seal (3) to a depth of 2 mm, with the seal lip facing inward to the engine.
