Removal Procedure

Remove the screws retaining the fuel tank filler pipe to the body.
- For the LV1 engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Front Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Rear Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Short/Long Wheel Base)
- For the L96, LC8 engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Passenger/Cargo) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Front Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Rear Tank)
- For the LWN engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement

Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft (1)@Steering Gear - Separate - Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Use jack stands in order to support the body of the vehicle.

Do not remove the bolts.

Loosen all the body mount bolts (1).

Body Mount Bolt (1) - Remove
Lower the frame slightly (5).
Body Mount Retainer (2) - Remove
Body Mount Lower Cushion (3) - Remove
Body Mount Upper Cushion (4) - Remove
