Installation Procedure

Body Mount Upper Cushion (4) - Install
Raise the frame (5).
Body Mount Lower Cushion (3) - Install
Body Mount Retainer (2) - Install

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Body Mount Bolt (1) - Install and tighten140 N.m (103 lb ft)

NOTE:
Do not remove the bolts.

Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft (1)@Steering Gear - Install - Lower Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement
Remove the safety stands.
Lower the vehicle.
Install the screws retaining the fuel tank filler pipe to the body.
- For the LV1 engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Front Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Rear Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Short/Long Wheel Base)
- For the L96, LC8 engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Passenger/Cargo) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Front Tank) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement (Chassis Cab Rear Tank)
- For the LWN engine - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Replacement
