Installation Procedure

    Instrument Panel Carrier(1) - Install

  2. Reposition the instrument panel wiring harness into the vehicle position as was noted in the removal and connect the fasteners securing the instrument panel wiring harness to the instrument panel carrier (1).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Instrument Carrier Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[3x]50N.m (37 lb ft)

    Instrument Carrier Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[3x]50N.m (37 lb ft)

    Heater and Air Conditioning Control(2) - Install - Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement

    Engine Cover(1) - Install - Engine Cover Replacement

  8. Install the INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG REPLACEMENT .

    Install the left and right body hinge pillar trim panel (1). Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement

  10. Steering Column - Install - Steering Column Replacement

    Instrument Panel Extension(1) - Install - Instrument Panel Extension Replacement

  13. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
  14. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
  15. Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure:Control Module References
