Water Inlet Seal(3) - Install a NEW seal.
Water Pump Inlet(2) - Install
Water Pump Inlet Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] - Water Pump Inlet Replacement (LV1) , or Water Pump Inlet Replacement (L96, LC8)

Water Pump Gasket(2) - Install a NEW gasket.[2x]

Water Pump Bolt(1) - Install and tighten [6x] 30 N.m (22 lb ft)

Heater Inlet Hose(2) - Install - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN with C69) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN Auxiliary Heater Inlet Hose) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN Water Pump Inlet Pipe to Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN without K08 Engine Coolant Thermostat to Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN without C69) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LV1 without C69) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LV1 Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube to Heater Core Inlet Tube with C69) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8 Heater Water Flow Control Valve to Heater Core Inlet Tube) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8 Water Pump Housing to Heater Water Flow Control Valve) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (L96 Heater Core Inlet Tube to Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe)

Radiator Outlet Hose(2) - Install
Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Drive Belt Tensioner - Install - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory
Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (LWN) , or Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (LV1) , or Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (L96, LC8)
Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
