Installation Procedure

Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Engine Water Outlet Adapter - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
Radiator Vent Inlet Hose Clip(1) @ Radiator Vent Outlet Hose Bracket - Install
Air Cleaner Assembly(4) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct(1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Radiator - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Radiator Surge Tank - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
