Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Install NEW engine oil cooler seals.

    Engine Oil Cooler Seal(2) - Install[4x]

  2. Engine Oil Cooler(1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Engine Oil Cooler Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[5x]10 N.m (89 lb in)

  4. Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose @ Engine Oil Cooler Pipe - Connect - Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN)

    Wheelhouse Splash Shield -Right Side(3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Left Side) , or Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)

  6. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96) 
  7. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
