- Drain the coolant. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Air Cleaner Assembly - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Radiator Air Upper Baffle(1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LV1) , or Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (L96, LC8)
Radiator Surge Tank(1) - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LWN)
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
- Battery Positive Cable @ Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud - Reposition - Battery Positive Cable Replacement (L96/LC8 with K4B) , or Battery Positive Cable Replacement (L96/LC8 without K4B) , or Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LWN) , or Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LV1 with K68 and K4B) , or Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LV1 with KG4/KW5 and K4B) , or Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LV1 with K68) , or Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LV1 with KG4/KW5)
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (L96, LC8, LV1)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Radiator - Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (M5U) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (MYD)
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (M5U) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (MYD)
Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt-Right Side(1) - Remove[2x]
