Installation Procedure

    Auxiliary Battery Negative Cable(3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Auxiliary Battery Negative Cable Fastener(5)@Relay(4) - Install and tighten7.5 N.m (66 lb in)
  3. Retainer(1) - Engage[2x]
  4. Retainer Clip(2) - Engage
  5. Protective Terminal Boot (6) - Install

    Retainer(1) - Engage[11x]

  7. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Retainer(2) - Engage[8x]

    Auxiliary Battery Negative Cable Fastener(2) - Install and tighten14 N.m (124 lb in)

  10. Protective Cap(3) - Install
  11. Retainer(1) - Engage[3x]
  12. Lower the vehicle.
  13. Install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LWN)
  14. Install the battery tray. Battery Tray Replacement 
  15. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
