Front Side Door Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Support the door before removing the hinge fastener.
  2. Front Side Door Hinge Pin and Bushing Replacement 
  3. Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
1 Front Side Door Check Link Bolt[2x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Front Side Door

Procedure

  1. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door.
  2. Transfer components as necessary.
