Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary. Oil Pan Assemble 
  2. Oil Pan - Install - Oil Pan Installation

    Install the lower transmission to engine bolts. Transmission Replacement (M5T with LTG)

  4. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket - Install - Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Replacement (LGX)
  5. Install the transmission fluid cooler pipe clip bolts at the oil pan. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With M13, With 1LE Package) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With M5T, With V03) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGX With M5T, Without V03)
  6. Engine Mount Bracket [2x] - Install - Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side , and Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side 
  7. Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe - Install - Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Replacement (LGX, Inlet) , or Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Replacement (LGX, Outlet)
  8. Engine Oil Cooler Outlet Pipe - Install - Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Replacement (LGX, Inlet) , or Engine Oil Cooler Pipe Replacement (LGX, Outlet)

    Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch (1) - Connect the electrical connector.

  10. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement (LGX - Coupe) , or Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement (LGX - Convertible)
  11. Oil Level Indicator Tube - Install - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement 
  12. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement .
  13. Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Approximate Fluid Capacities , and Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
  14. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
