Preliminary Procedures Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement Detach positive crankcase ventilation tube retainer from intake manifold. Disconnect and reposition the EVAP purge tube. Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Disconnect the electrical connectors. Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement
1	Intake Manifold Bolt [8x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten in sequence 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Intake Manifold Procedure Transfer components as necessary. Intake Manifold Disassemble , and Intake Manifold Assemble NOTE: Install NEW gaskets.

Intake Manifold Bolt [8x]

CAUTION:

Tighten in sequence
25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Procedure
Transfer components as necessary. Intake Manifold Disassemble , and Intake Manifold Assemble

NOTE:

Install NEW gaskets.
