Installation Procedure

Assemble the cylinder head as necessary. Cylinder Head Assemble

Ensure the cylinder head locating pins (5) are securely mounted in the cylinder block deck face.
Install a NEW left cylinder head gasket (4) using the deck face locating pins for retention.

Position wire harness and connect as necessary.

Install the upper vacuum pipe bolt (2). Vacuum Pump Pipe Replacement

CAUTION:

Install ground wire and ground wire bolt. Tighten bolt to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
Air Cleaner Resonator - Install - Air Cleaner Resonator Replacement (Dash to Diagonal Brace) , or Air Cleaner Resonator Replacement (Diagonal Brace to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct)
