Removal Procedure

Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible) .

Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor electrical connector (2).

Remove the vehicle speed sensor bolt (2).
Remove the vehicle speed sensor (3) and DISCARD the O-ring seal.
