Removal Procedure

Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Base) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ZL1) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible)
- Clean away all dirt and debris from the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug (2) area.
- Place a suitable drain pan under the transmission.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug.
- Remove the transmission fluid temperature sensor/drain plug (2).
- Allow the system to drain.
