With Scan Tool

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Perform the following steps:
    • Set the parking brake.
    • Block the drive wheels.
  2. Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
  3. Verify there are no DTCs set related to the following component/system: B25B Clutch Pedal Position Sensor
    • Go to next step: If a related DTC is not set 
  4. Select: Module Diagnostics
  5. Select: Engine Control Module
  6. Select: Configuration/Reset Functions
  7. Select: Learn Functions
  8. Select: Clutch Pedal Position Learn
  9. Follow the instructions on the scan tool.

    Verify the scan tool parameter: CPP Learn Status = Complete

    • If the procedure was not successful 

      Perform the following action:

    • CPP Learn Status = Unsuccessful - Sensor Detected Movement - Repeat step 1
    • CPP Learn Status = Unsuccessful - Sensor Low Voltage or Unsuccessful - Sensor High Voltage - Refer to: DTC P08AC 
    • CPP Learn Status = Not Learned - Refer to: DTC P08AC 
    • Go to next step: If the procedure was successful 
  10. All OK.
