Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Perform the scan tool control function: Reverse Inhibit Solenoid Actuator - On and Off
Verify the scan tool parameter:
- Reverse Inhibit Solenoid Actuator Control Circuit High Voltage Test Status = Not Run or OK
- Reverse Inhibit Solenoid Actuator Control Circuit Low Voltage Test Status = Not Run or OK
- Reverse Inhibit Solenoid Actuator Control Circuit Open Test Status = Not Run or OK
- If not the specified state
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the specified state
- Perform the scan tool control function: Reverse Inhibit Solenoid Actuator - On and Off
Verify a click can be heard or felt at the component when the scan tool control function was commanded: M47 Reverse Inhibit Solenoid Actuator
- If a click cannot be heard or felt

- Go to next step: If a click can be heard or felt
- If a click cannot be heard or felt
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets

- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
