Removal Procedure

  1. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle - Remove - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement
  2. Transmission Mount Strut - Remove - Transmission Mount Strut Replacement

    Mark installation arrow position of transmission rear mount (1) with a vertical line (2) by a white pencil on the drivetrain and front suspension cradle to aid in installation.

    Assemble the CH-51999-1A  driver (5) and CH-51999-2  receiver (4) from the CH-51999-A  cradle bushing remover/installer kit with CH-50342  threaded rod (1 - 8) onto the transmission rear mount and the drivetrain and front suspension cradle.

  5. Turning the nut (8), release the transmission rear mount from the drivetrain and front suspension cradle.
