Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Remove and DISCARD [4x] - Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Fuel Rail to Fuel Injector

NOTE:
Retain 1 fuel injector washer for use with EN-51110 Compression Tester Adapter. DISCARD the rest.

Fuel Injector (1) - Remove [4x] - Fuel Injector Replacement

Remove the intake camshaft. (1) Intake Camshaft Replacement

Do not remove the EN-50509 fixing tool.

Remove the exhaust camshaft. (1) Exhaust Camshaft Replacement

Remove the valve lifters. (1) [16x] Valve Lifter Replacement

Remove the bearing bracket (1).

CAUTION:
Fastener Caution

Camshaft Housing Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Install the fuel injector washer to the end of the EN-51110-1 .
Install the J-35667-12 Cylinder Leakdown Tester in conjunction with the J-22794 to the EN-51110-1 to the cylinder head injector hole.

Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove
Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Hollow Screw (2) - Remove

Install the EN-50717 Universal Valve Spring Compressor (2) to the cylinder head.
Tighten the 4 bolts (1) to fix the EN-50717 Universal Valve Spring Compressor

Install the fuel injector bracket (2) to EN-51110 Compression Tester Adapter
Fuel Injector Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Install a commercial available compressed air adapter to the pressure adapter.
