Removal Procedure

- Power Brake Booster Inlet Hose Connector Fitting - Remove - Power Brake Booster Inlet Hose Connector Fitting Replacement .
- Camshaft Housing - Remove - Camshaft Housing Replacement .
Remove the 6 timing chain upper cover bolts (1).
- Remove the sleeve bolt (2).
Release the timing chain upper cover (2) from the engine block (3) by turning the sleeve (1) for a few turns.
- If you there is a gap between the timing chain upper cover (2) and the engine block (3), stop turning the sleeve (1) and use a suitable tool to pry.
