Intake Manifold Installation

Install a NEW intake manifold gasket (3).
Install the intake manifold (2).
Loosely install the 9 intake manifold bolts (1).

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten the 9 Intake manifold bolts in sequence as shown to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

Install the fuel rail return pipe bracket (4).
Install the 2 fuel rail return pipe bracket bolts (3) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the fuel rail fuel pressor sensor wiring harness bracket (2).
Install the 2 fuel rail fuel pressor sensor wiring harness bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
