Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Installation

Clean the sealing surfaces of the intake manifold, the exhaust gas recirculation cooler housing and the exhaust gas recirculation cooler outlet pipe.

Install a NEW exhaust gas recirculation cooler outlet pipe seal (3) into the intake manifold.
Install a NEW exhaust gas recirculation cooler pipe gasket (4).
Install the exhaust gas recirculation cooler pipe (1).

CAUTION:

NOTE:

Different bolt lengths.

Install the 2 exhaust gas recirculation cooler outlet pipe bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the 2 exhaust gas recirculation cooler outlet pipe bolts (5) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
