Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Housing Removal

- Remove the 3 charge air bypass valve vacuum hose bracket bolts (2, 4, 5).
- Disconnect the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (1) from the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve.
- Unclip the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose retainer clip.
- Remove the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (1).
- Remove the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose seal (3).
Remove the 4 exhaust gas recirculation cooler housing bolts (2, 3).
- Remove the exhaust gas recirculation cooler housing (1).
- Remove the exhaust gas recirculation cooler housing gasket.
