Engine Block Disassemble

    Remove the 2 cylinder head guide sleeves (1).

    Engine Oil Pressure Switch (1) - Remove

  3. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (3) - Remove
  4. Remove the 2 piston oil nozzle oil control solenoid valve bolts (2).
  5. Remove the piston oil nozzle oil control solenoid valve (4).
  6. Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (5) - Remove

    Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1) - Remove and DISCARD

  8. Engine Block Coolant Drain Hole Plug (2) - Remove
  9. Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (3) - Remove [4x]

    Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1) - Remove and DISCARD [3x]

    Catalytic Converter Stud (4) - Remove

  12. Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1) - Remove and DISCARD
  13. Engine Block Coolant Drain Hole Plug (2) - Remove
  14. Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (3) - Remove

    Piston Oil Nozzle Bolt (3) - Remove [4x]

  16. Piston Oil Nozzle (2) - Remove [4x]
  17. Remove the 10 lower crankcase guide sleeves (1).
