Cylinder Head Measurement

Inspect the cylinder head sealing surface for flatness. Use a straightedge (1).
- Turn the cylinder head upside down.
Loosely install one valve to the cylinder head.
- Place the GE-7872 indicator (1) to the cylinder head sealing surface and measure the valve assembly height. Refer to Engine Mechanical Specifications to find the permitted values.
