Removal Procedure

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Disconnect
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  3. Front Compartment Insulator Replacement - Remove
  4. Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (1.6L Diesel LH7) - Remove

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (2)

  6. Remove the 2 piston oil nozzle oil control solenoid valve bolts (1).
  7. Remove the piston oil nozzle oil control solenoid valve (3).
