Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Remove the engine sight shield. Engine Sight Shield Replacement
Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) @ Fuel Feed Pipe (3) - Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Close all connections with suitable closure plugs.
- Clip (2) - Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Bulkhead Clip (1) - Open
- Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @ Bulkhead Clip (1) - Unclip
Bulkhead Clip (1) - Open
- Remove the fuel feed pipe-underbody (2) from the bulkhead clip (1).
Retainer Clip (2) - Open [4x]
- Remove the fuel feed pipe-underbody (1) from the 4 retainer clips (2).
Disconnect the fuel feed pipe-underbody (2) from the fuel feed pipe - fuel pump module to underbody (1). Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Close all connections with suitable closure plugs.
- Remove the fuel feed pipe-underbody from the vehicle.
