Removal Procedure

- Engine Control Module - Remove - Engine Control Module Replacement
Electrical Connector (1) @ Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor - Disconnect
Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor Bolt (1) - Remove
Remove the charge air bypass regulator solenoid valve vacuum tube (2) from the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve regulator solenoid valve (1).
Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor Pipe Clamp (1) - Unclip
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Front Compartment Air Deflector - Remove - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement (without Front Bumper Shutter)Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement (with Front Bumper Shutter)
Clamp (1) - Loosen [2x]
- Remove the 2 exhaust pressure differential sensor hoses (2) from the exhaust pressure differential sensor pipes (3).
- Lower the vehicle.
Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor (1) - Remove
NOTE:
Mind the different hose diameters.
