Installation Procedure

Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor (1) - Install
- Raise the vehicle.
- NOTE:
Mind the different hose diameters.
Install the 2 exhaust pressure differential sensor hoses (2) to the exhaust pressure differential sensor pipes (3).
- Clamp (1) - Install [2x]
- Front Bumper Fascia Extension - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement (without Front Bumper Shutter)Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement (with Front Bumper Shutter)
- Front Compartment Air Deflector - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor Pipe Clamp (1) - Install
Install the charge air bypass regulator solenoid valve vacuum tube (2) to the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve regulator solenoid valve (1).
- CAUTION:
Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Electrical Connector (1) @ Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor - Connect
- Engine Control Module - Install - Engine Control Module Replacement
- When the replacement is completed, use a scan tool to perform the appropriate reset functions. Control Module References
