Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
Clean the sealing surface of the emission reduction fluid injector.
- Install a NEW gasket. (3)
- Emission Reduction Fluid Injector (1) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Injector Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Connect the electrical connector. (2)
- Remove the tightness tool from the emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injector supply pipe (1).
- Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe (1) - Connect
- Front Compartment Insulator - Install - Front Compartment Insulator Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
- Perform the NOx catalyst reductant loading reset. NOx Catalyst Reductant Loading Reset
NOTE:
Press the sticky side of the gasket on the sealing surface of the injector.
