Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Brake Fluid Irritant Warning

    CAUTION:

    Brake Fluid Effects on Paint and Electrical Components Caution

  1. Remove the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1)@Front Brake Hose (2) - Remove

  3. Cap the brake hose fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
  4. Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
  5. Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover - Remove - Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement

    Radiator Surge Tank Clip (2) - Remove

  7. Hang out the radiator surge tank (1) without disconnecting the hoses and lay down carefully.

    Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Remove

  9. Cap the brake pipe fittings to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
  10. Cap the EBM brake pipe inlet ports to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.

    Brake Pipe (2)@Retainer (1) - Disconnect [2x]

    Brake Pipe (1)@Retainer (2) - Disconnect [2x]

  13. Brake Pipe - Remove
