Installation Procedure
- Prepare the NEW brake pipe for the installation. Brake Pipe Replacement
Brake Pipe (1)@Retainer (2) - Connect
Brake Pipe (2)@Retainer (1) - Connect [2x]
- Remove the caps from the EBM brake pipe inlet ports.
- Remove the caps from the brake pipe fittings.
- CAUTION:
Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Tighten 20N.m (15 lb ft)
Radiator Surge Tank (1) - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Clip (2) - Install
Remove the caps from the brake pipe and hose fittings.
- Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1)@Front Brake Hose (2) - Tighten 20N.m (15 lb ft)
- Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover - Install - Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement
- Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding
