Installation Procedure

  1. GM4888096

    Check the rubber seal (1) is inside the inlet air hose.

  2. GM4113310

    Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose(2) @ Charge Air Cooler (3) - Install

  3. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Retainer Spring(1) - Clip
  4. GM4113299
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Bracket Bolt @ Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  5. GM4113279

    Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose (2) @ Turbocharger (3) - Install

  6. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Retainer Spring (1) - Clip
  7. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Chevrolet)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick) - Install
  8. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement  - Install
