Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the 3rd row seat back cover and pad. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (40%) 3rd Row Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (60%) .
  2. Remove the 3rd row seat back hinge finish cover. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (40% Inboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (40% Outboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Inboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Outboard with AS8) .
1 3rd Row Seat Back Latch Cable

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the seat back latch cable from the seat back hinges.
  2. Release the seat back latch cable retainers from the seat back frame.
  3. Disconnect the seat back latch cable from the seat back latch actuator motor.
