Preliminary Procedures Remove the 3rd row seat. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Removal and Installation . Remove the 3rd row seat head restraint guide. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Guide Replacement . Separate the 3rd row seat. Refer to Rear Seat Separation (3rd Row Power with AS8) Rear Seat Separation (3rd Row Manual with ARN) Rear Seat Separation .
1	3rd Row Seat Back Tether Cover
2	3rd Row Seat Back Cover Procedure Disconnect the seat back cover j-channel from the seat back frame. Disengage the hook and loop fastener strips retaining the cover to the pad and separate the cover from the pad.
3	3rd Row Seat Back Pad Procedure Remove the two plastic push in retainers and release the glue retaining the pad to the frame.
