3rd Row Seat Back Frame Replacement (60%)

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the 3rd row seat. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Removal and Installation .
2. Disconnect any electrical connectors, if equipped, and separate the 3rd row seat assemblies. Refer to Rear Seat Separation (3rd Row Power with AS8) Rear Seat Separation (3rd Row Manual with ARN) Rear Seat Separation .
3. Remove the 60% 3rd row seat back cover and pad. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (60%) .
4. Remove the 3rd row seat back hinge finish cover for the 40% seat. Refer to 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Inboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Outboard with AS8) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Inboard with ARN) 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover Replacement (60% Outboard with ARN) .
5. Remove the rear seat recliner actuator (3rd Row Seat), if equipped. Refer to Rear Seat Recliner Actuator Replacement (with Bucket)Rear Seat Recliner Actuator Replacement (with Split Bench)Rear Seat Recliner Actuator Replacement (3rd Row Seat) .

Procedure

1. Disconnect the 2 seat back latch cables.
2. Unclip and disconnect the electrical harnesses as necessary.
3. Transfer parts as necessary.
