Preliminary Procedures Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Replacement . Remove the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
1	Rear Side Door Outside Handle Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)
2	Rear Side Door Outside Handle Rod Procedure Remove the rear side door outside handle rod from the door latch.
3	Rear Side Door Outside Handle NOTE: Inspect the door lock system for proper operation before installing the door trim.
