5th-Reverse Gear Shift Shaft Assembly

  1. Place the shift shaft into a vise with a protector.

  2. Install the 5th gear shift yoke (4).
  3. Install the new 5th gear shift yoke pin (3) using a pin punch and a hammer.
  4. Install the reverse gear shift arm (2).
  5. Install the new reverse gear shift arm pin (1) using a pin punch and a hammer.
  6. Install the reverse shift guide ball and spring (2).

  7. Install the 5th-reverse gear ball (3).
  8. Install the shift shaft by pushing (1).
  9. Install 5th-reverse gear shift shaft assembly into the gear unit.
  10. Install the gear unit. Refer to Transmission Assemble .
