Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) evaporator and blower module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Evaporator and Blower Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the floor air outlet duct - left side. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (Left Hand Drive) Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (Right Hand Drive) .
  3. Remove the heater core pipe tube seal (1).

  4. Remove the heater core pipe side cover screws (1).

  5. Remove the heater core pipe side cover (2).
  6. Remove the heater core (1) from the air conditioning evaporator and blower module assembly.
