Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Lower the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the liftgate sill garnish molding. Refer to Liftgate Sill Garnish Molding Replacement .
  3. Remove the quarter lower rear trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement .
1 Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Retainer (Qty: 6)
2 Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Grommet
Procedure 
Disconnect the sunroof drain hose grommet and hose from the sunroof frame spigot.
3 Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Finger Hook Grommet
Procedure 
Disconnect the sunroof drain hose grommet and hose from the rear end lower panel.
4 Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose

Procedure

  1. When installing the drain hose, ensure that the routing of the end of the drain hose and grommet are installed through the access hole in the rear end lower panel to prevent rear compartment water leaks.
  2. Water test the vehicle before installing the interior trim to ensure no water leaks.
