Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Open and support the hood assembly. Remove the windshield wiper arm. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement . Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
1	Windshield Wiper Transmission Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Windshield Wiper Transmission Procedure Lift the windshield wiper transmission from the plenum brackets. Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield wiper motor. Remove the windshield wiper transmission from the plenum. Remove the windshield wiper motor. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement .

Windshield Wiper Transmission Bolt (Qty: 2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
10 N.m (89 lb in)

Windshield Wiper Transmission

Procedure

Lift the windshield wiper transmission from the plenum brackets.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield wiper motor.
Remove the windshield wiper transmission from the plenum.
Remove the windshield wiper motor. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement .
