Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel feed pipe (3) to the vehicle.

  2. Install the fuel feed pipe (3) to the retainers (2).
  3. Connect the fuel feed pipe fitting (4) to fuel feed/evaporative emission separator hose. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the right side of underbody rear air deflector (1). Refer to Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the fuel feed pipe (2) to the retainers (1).

  6. Install the front bumper fascia upper molding. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Upper Molding Replacement (Left Side)Front Bumper Fascia Upper Molding Replacement (Right Side)
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the retainer (3).

  9. Connect the fuel feed pipe fitting (2) to the fuel rail. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  10. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LV7) .
