Installation Procedure

Assemble the air cleaner outlet duct (2) with the New positive crankcase ventilation tube (1) and New positive crankcase ventilation valves (3), (4).

Install the air cleaner outlet duct assembly (2) with positive crankcase ventilation tube and valves to the engine.

Using EN-50956 tamper proof drive bit tighten bolts (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Position the air cleaner outlet duct in place and tighten the clamp (1) on the engine.

NOTE: Ensure the outlet duct is fully seated to the mating surfaces before clamping. Verify that the cuff is not rolled under.
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LV7) .
