Preliminary Procedure Remove the windshield wiper transmission. Refer to Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement .
1	Plenum Front Panel Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Plenum Front Panel Nut (Qty: 2) Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Plenum Front Panel Procedure Remove the electrical harness grommet from the panel. Ensure all seals are in place before installation.
