Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement 
  2. Remove the radiator air upper deflector retainers. RADIATOR AIR UPPER BAFFLE AND DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT (LFV LTG)RADIATOR AIR UPPER BAFFLE AND DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT (LKN)
  3. Remove the radiator air lower deflector bolts. RADIATOR AIR LOWER BAFFLE AND DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT (LFV LTG)RADIATOR AIR LOWER BAFFLE AND DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT (LKN)
  4. Remove the lower front bumper fascia support bolt. Front Bumper Shutter Replacement (Lower) Front Bumper Shutter Replacement (Upper) 
1 Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt [8x]
CAUTION:

Refer to FASTENER CAUTION .


Tighten 
22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2 Front Bumper Impact Bar

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  2. Transfer components as necessary.
