Installation Procedure

  1. GM2820662

    Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the vehicle.

  2. Connect the fuel feed pipe (1) and install to the retainers (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the fuel pressure sensor.
  4. If equipped, install the right rear underbody air deflector. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
  5. If equipped, install the right front underbody air deflector. Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (Tire)Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (XFE)
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. GM2815640

    Install the fuel feed pipe (1) to the retainers (2).

  8. Install the fuel feed front pipe. Refer to Fuel Feed Front Pipe Replacement .
  9. Cycle the ignition on to run the fuel pump and check for fuel leaks.
