Remove the rear window panel trim. Refer to Rear Window Panel Trim Replacement .
If equipped reposition the rear window panel trim insulator.
Remove the rear compartment lid hinge spring. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Hinge Spring Replacement .
Remove the rear compartment lid strut if servicing the right hinge. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Strut Replacement .
