Remove Intake Manifold Cover - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement

Loosen Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1)
Remove Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (2) @ Air Cleaner Assembly (3)

Loosen Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1).
Remove Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (2) @ Turbocharger Assembly (3).

NOTE:

Due to the PCV tamper-resistant connections, the air cleaner outlet duct must be repositioned during repair. Do NOT damage the tamper-resistant connections.

Remove Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube Bolt (1) - Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (Camshaft Cover to Air Inlet)

NOTE:

The PCV tube's connections are tamperproof and cannot be disconnected.

Rotate the air cleaner outlet duct (1) at the PCV tube's pivot joint (2).

Only when replacing the air cleaner outlet duct (1) with NEW can the air cleaner outlet duct nipple be cut. Use a suitable tool to cut the air cleaner outlet duct nipple marked by the dashed line (2). Remove air cleaner outlet duct from vehicle and discard.

Using suitable tools, release the PCV valve tangs (1) while pulling the remaining PCV tube (2) from the PCV hose and discard.
